Steele Baptist Church

Pastor Jack and Connie (Pardue) Washington were married in 1990 and have 3 adult children and 7 grandchildren. They live in Ashville, Alabama. Pastor Jack has been employed by Triple R Metals since 2008. Connie retired at the end of December 2025 from serving meals in the Moody High School lunchroom for 28 years.

Pastor Jack grew up in Moody, Alabama. He has served over 20 years in ministry as lead Pastor in 3 churches and associate Pastor in 1 church.  He attended Faith Bible Institute and Covington Theological Seminary. Pastor Jack began serving as Pastor of Steele Baptist Church in January 2026.
